Accepted Payment Methods
费用 may be paid by any of the following methods:
- Electronic 检查 payments are accepted online through 办理. This option results in an electronic debit of your 检查ing account. There is no additional fee assessed. If a payment is returned unpaid by the bank for any reason, the student account 将 be assessed a return item fee.
- Debit and credit cards may also be used to make payments online through 办理. A non-refundable convenience fee* is charged to each transaction. The convenience fee 将 be displayed prior to the completion of the transaction. The completion of the transaction acknowledges acceptance of these payment terms.
- Students who elect to pay with their BankMobile Vibe debit card 将 be assessed the non-refundable convenience fee*. Students may use their BankMobile Vibe 检查ing account as an electronic 检查. The information needed can be located by logging into their online profile. The routing and account numbers are under My Account > Account Statements.
- 现金支付, 检查, 汇款单, or traveler's 检查 may be made in person at the Cashier's Office (建筑20 e) during the hours of 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM, 星期一至星期五. Debit and credit cards are not accepted in the Cashier's Office.
- Students may elect to pay with a foreign currency online through 办理. The international payment option provides a simple, reliable way for students or parents to pay in their home currency, either online or by bank transfer, with competitive exchange rates. UWF does not accept overpayments, so it is important to transfer only the amount due on the account to avoid payment delays. International transfer payments are not considered paid and complete until funds are 收到了 by UWF. Please note that this process may take several days. It is the student's responsibility to allow time for the processing of international payments.
- An after-hours depository box is located at 建筑20 e on the main campus. All payments must be in an envelope and include the student's name and UWF ID number to ensure correct and timely processing. 付款必须是 收到了 by the close of business on the fee payment due date to be considered on time. Do not include cash when using the drop-box.

Students paying fees by mail or depository box must include all fee payment documents (original copies of fee waiver forms, 延期缴费表格, 学费资助表格, 等.) to ensure proper and timely credit for payment. Students are expected to meet all financial obligations as they become due.
*Effective January 1, 2024, convenience fees are as follows:
- 2.85% convenience fee for domestic card payments
- 4.25% convenience fee for international card payments
- $3 minimum convenience fee for card transactions over $20 and less than $106
如果有必要的话, students should inform parents or other interested parties of the deadline dates and the necessity for meeting them. A 家长门户 is available for online payments through 办理. An authorization is required by the student in 办理 进入前.
It is each student’s responsibility to stay informed of all registration and fee payment dates, 最后期限, and other requirements by referring to the 校历 看他们的 办理 活动详情页面.
UWF reserves the right to cancel the registration of students who fail to promptly meet their financial obligations to the University. Students may not use current-year financial aid awards to pay delinquent account balances from a prior academic year. All delinquent balances must be paid in full prior to the disbursement of current-term financial aid.
